The Houston Rose Society's Page on Chilli Thrips Thank you for visiting the Houston Rose Society's page on the newest pest to attack roses in our area. Chilli thrips are not yet common in Houston, but they have been seen in area gardens. Because this pest is so new to the Houston scene, the Houston Rose Society has decided to dedicate a portion of its website to what we currently know about this problem. Check back often.
